Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet ca. 400m von einem schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Zur Altstadt von Alcudia und Supermarkt etwa 2 km. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin. Sehr viel Spielzeug, Geschirr und ein Kugelholzkohlengrill vorhanden.
Die Schnaken. Kameras in allen Räumen ohne einen Hinweis darauf. Das Müllmanagement nervt: Jeden Tag ist eine andere Müllsorte rauszustellen. Kann die Eigentümerin aber nichts dafür.
