The property is very well located in the city center, and once inside, you immediately notice the great attention to detail and the quality of the renovation — it’s a really pleasant and well-maintained space. Everything was very clean, the shower is spacious, and the presence of air conditioning is definitely a big plus. The only downside, although clearly mentioned, is the access: it is quite challenging, with several flights of stairs and multiple doors to go through before reaching the apartment. This may be inconvenient for some guests, but since it is properly indicated, it can be taken into account.

Unfortunately, the main issue is the sound insulation, which could definitely be improved. While this is not directly the host’s fault, the noise from the upstairs neighbor was significant — being woken up at 6:40 in the morning by loud music is not ideal. It might be worth trying to address this with the neighbors, although I understand this can be difficult. Overall, it is a very nice place, but the experience can be heavily affected by the noise situation.

Studio tres sombre, il n’y a qu’une fenêtre donnant sur une petite court intérieure (sas d’entrée)
