About this apartment rental
Superb loft studio of 30m2 on 2 levels with bedroom and bathroom on the mezzanine (+ 2m20 high) located in a quiet street 100m from the Comédie and 4 minutes from the Gare St Roch.
The apartment is under construction, hence the 3D images, I opened the reservations from June 1st for the most ambitious among you :)

Perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 2 people with a double bed.
The accommodation
This apartment just renovated in its entirety is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a street without bars (joinery is double glazed)
It consists of an entrance with storage followed by a new fitted kitchen opening onto an open living room with a very high ceiling (+ 4m)
A Upstairs accessible by a staircase, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 140 as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower.
You can enjoy:
A very well equipped kitchen (oven, hob, hood, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine)
A bedroom
A bathroom with walk-in shower and suspended toilet
The possibility of entering the apartment 7 days a week 24 hours a day (electronic opening) for late arrivals.
Traveller access
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
A living room with open kitchen on the first floor / A bedroom with bathroom and toilet upstairs
Other remarks
I do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to ensure that the apartment is perfectly clean before each arrival (a cleaning lady comes by after each departure).

Traveling in the summer is France is crazy. We had temperatures of 42 C. This makes everything irritating just to put things in perspective. The host was communicative, the appartment was perfectly located and well equipped. There was no air conditioning and it was hot as hell. When I communicated with the host they offered Te d a mobile air conditioning that made a huge difference. Thanks for the help!
