A fabulous villa with beautiful views of the ocean. Plenty of outside space to relax in with a lovely big pool. The housekeeper was amazing and looked after us very well- even shopping for a BBQ and then cooking it. The villa is in a quiet residential area. There is only one bar and restaurant nearby - but taxi's are plentiful to take you all over the island. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa.

The villa is located in a really quiet area with a large pool and a nice garden. The outside area is well equipped with good sunbeds, chairs and a lounge sofa. Everything is like on the pictures but a bit older which is not a problem. The villa manager and the housekeeper is really friendly and very helpful. He has booked taxi transferfrom the airport to the villa and a boat trip for us. We can really recommend this accommodation. The next supermarket is just 2 km away and to Chaweng it is just 15 minutes by car.

The home was amazing! A couple of things caught us by surprise...the requirement for a cash deposit on arrival was buried in the listing, we hadn't seen it and had to make a last minute scramble for cash. Then the bill for electricity and other services was required to be paid cash and meant we had to find change to pay/check out. Checkout was a scramble before leaving to catch a flight home. Also realize that the property was not very close to anything - walking distance wise. Taxi/Grab was relatively expensive.
Otherwise it was a great stay and very comfortable home!

The villa is a bit dated, which is particularly noticeable inside. Everything is well-maintained, and the outdoor area with its large pool and sea view at sunset is fantastic. Due to its somewhat remote location, a car or scooter is essential. The villa manager and the housekeeper were friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, there is a large construction site right next to the house in 2026. This will continue for several more months. We were only informed about this shortly before our arrival, which is completely unprofessional. Due to the noise, we canceled our booking after two days and moved to a quieter accommodation.
