Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of towels, a basket of toiletries if you forgot something, and WiFi works great. Plenty of parking and nice back yard. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

The information in the book in regards to the TV and WiFi are outdated. There was no information about bedding and dishes (what to do when checking out).
The ceiling in the shower area of the bathroom has mold and needs to be repaired.

We had a lovely time at this property !! It was a friends reunion with 6 of us and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, we really enjoyed the backyard. I highly recommend coffee and breakfast outside. The hammock is the perfect touch, great for laying out and just taking in the sounds of nature. So close to lots of beaches, you can pack up and be on a beach within 20 minutes which is incredible. Definitely recommend this property for your Cape Cod stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Sandwich, MA home! The house was sparkling clean when we arrived and was exactly how the photos depicted it. There was shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, extra tooth brushes, etc available to us which was fantastic because there's always something that gets forgotten when traveling. The outdoor space was amazing and where we spent most of our time while at the home. (loved the BBQ!) It's 20 minutes from the Hyannis ferry terminal and there are grocery markets, liquor stores, and restaurants within minutes of the home making it convenient to, really, everything. Things to note - there are AC units in the bedroom windows which was a relief! Also, while there is a fence separating your outdoor space from the owners for privacy, you are essentially sharing the yard with them, and the other neighbors around the home, so while it was no issue for us, you can hear people talking/walking around you pretty consistently.
