the pictures in booking.com didn't give the right image of the appartment. It is it old-fashioned and motley. In the bathroom, the sink is antique; it is not possible to mix warm and cold water and the warm water was too hot; the heater in the bathroom didn't work. Too many furnitures in the appartment. one of the bedrooms directly overlooks the main road; it isn't quiet.

Séjour ok mais des points à revoir pour fidéliser la clientèle
L'emplacement est excentré du centre ville mais est proche. Le logement est assez calme. C'est propre. L'hôte nous a reçu et l'accueil s'est bien passé.
L'intérieur est correct mais il n'y a pas de plan de travail pour la cuisine. Il y a un mélange de refait et d'origine, il est dommage que l'évier de cuisine soit très vieux et n'ait pas été remplacé. Il faut faire très attention pour sortir de l'emplacement car la route est passante et il n'y a aucune visibilité. Il faut signer un contrat de location (qui d'ailleurs n'est pas un bail 6 juillet 1989 comme j'ai pu voir mais un bail normalement de location saisonnière), pourtant nous avons réservé déjà sur booking et avons été débités. Mais le plus surprenant que pour 3 nuits seulement, nous devions signer un inventaire détaillé de plusieurs pages, ce qui je pourrais comprendre mais pour un appartement type hôtel, cela ne s'y prête pas car pas le temps. D'ailleurs l'hôte ne l'a pas exigé et avait précisé qu'elle n'avait pas compté elle même tout ce qui était écrit. Cependant, cela a créé un léger agacement de notre hôte avec quelques commentaires et qui pourtant était accueillante au début. Ce n'est pas un appartement climatisé, il n'y a que le salon qui est climatisé et non les deux chambres, il faudrait le préciser car c'est faux et en cas de grosse chaleur, cela peut contrarier la clientèle. Il y a beaucoup trop de papiers écrits dans l'appartement pour donner des consignes pour tout et n'importe quoi, ce qui en soit vient d'une bonne intention mais cela fait son effet inverse et rend mal à l'aise le client et nous stresse de manière permanente. On n'ose presque même pas habiter l'appartement. Il y avait un fauteuil dans une chambre mais il est interdit de s'assoir car il fait des marques et qu'elle voulait le vendre, alors pourquoi le laisser dans l'appartement. La serrure qui donne accès à notre appartement marche très mal, on n'a pas réussi à fermer la première fois, l'hôte était au courant.

Het was een erg mooi, gezellig en compleet ingericht appartement en heerlijke bedden.
Een hartelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw en erg goed bereikbaar als we vragen hadden.
Op loopafstand van Vichy en mooie fietspaden langs de rivier Allier.
Een mooie plek om nog eens naar terug te gaan.
