Location is good, facilities and amenities are all good. The pool is a great attraction.
Customer service can definitely be improved. Staff needs training on customer friendliness, being flexible to accommodate simple requests. Food was good but can be improved

Lovely club house. They had campfire facilities. Morning short trekking options. Lovely staff at the restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet included in the price.
The manager messed up our booking and gave us a downgraded room. when we realized the room looked different from the photos after the first day, the manager was reluctant to compensate for the inconvenience. There was also no WiFi or network throughout the villas. it’s falsely advertised on the listing. The bathroom were dirty and we were not comfortable with the stay.
