    Every thing about the hotel from location to room to food and breakfast are excellent, The hotel staff helped me totally out of the way of sending my luggage to Bangalore with complete care and responsibility.

    It was a sudden plan with an infant travelling with us..the staff was very supportive and they offered us to check out lil later so that the baby is comfortable. The food was also very tasty.So overall it was a good stay and will definitely want to visit again.

    A good hotel which use to be great during covid times but quite mediocre now. We booked a suite here and got the 4th floor assigned (out of 6) despite asking for the highest floor. The room is good and soundproof, sheets are clean and pillows are soft. The lake view is absolutely to die for. The shower speed is good but temperature was lukewarm, the technician turned up 30mins after calling twice, by which time I was already in the shower. He had the audacity to suggest that tap should be turned towards red for hot water. I think he doesn't understand the kind of people who book a suite. Please train your staff to use their brains because customers are not fools. If water is not hot they need to turn on the geyser centrally, not visit the room and showcase the cheap mentality. We had also requested an extra bath robe before leaving for the pool. Again the person didn't turn up for a good 20mns post which we just left. After coming back we noticed it placed in the room despite dnd being turned on, which is concerning. The pool seemed very slimy, the walls have a lot of fungus growing, definitely needs maintenance. Overall, staff needs a major overhaul. This is a good hotel being ruined by bad service.
