They didn’t change the bedsheets between guests

It’s close to airport. The bathroom was clean. The interior design is pleasant. Front desk staff was kind.

We were told the shuttle would arrive in 10minutes at 10:50pm. At 11:45pm, we were still waiting for it to come, very frustrating. If we knew, we could have hired uber which was much faster and flexible in the following morning. Since we stayed only one night, I guess the hotel tried to cut cost, and didn’t change the bed sheets. We could see previous guests’ hairs all over the bed. That’s really gross.

The location to the airport was great. And the staff at check-in, he was such a delight. Good for a quick stop over, we had a flight to catch next morning.

The location was close to the airport, and a few restaurants.

The flower beds around the front of the hotel were filled with trash. A bus stop in front of the hotel had a homeless person camped out front. Not a kid friendly atmosphere, and for a few minutes a day, trash could be picked up.

One word customer service number one to me

Customer service the lady at the check in counter was perfect great Customer service I am big on respect treat people how you want to be treated the lady at Customer service was everything I ask for when I spend my money on things I look up to I actually thought that she was a manager because she was so good I told my daughter I bet that lady is the manager my daughter said yes mom she is the manager so I was just watching her with the other Customers and she treated everyone the same so I ask her was she the manager and she said no she only been there for 2 and a half years but she was good

The first time I stayed at your hotel never heard of Tru but I am so glad I did what I didn't like was when we got our room key and went to the room it had hair all over the pillows and food under the covers when I pull the covers back when house keeper finally came he gives my daughter the pillow cases to change I said no you suppose to change everything we came to relax so he change the covers who ever cleaned the room I don't think was clean

Bed was very comfortable, 24 hours pick up that you must call once you have your luggage, snacks to buy 24 hrs, breakfast after 6:30am, very clean, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and comfy pillows!

You have to call for pick up, breakfast starts at 6:30am, a restaurant would be nice to have and not only snacks
