The garden is small, but quite private, there is a barbecue facility, the pool in the campus is nice to spend some hours sunbathing.
The apartment was dirty, if you book this property you must be ready to spend the first few hours cleaning the dirty dishes, hair, etc. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen is not convenient to cook. The furniture and the appliances are very old/outdated. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, especially the single beds. The linen is too small for the beds. The bedroom with two single beds has a big window to the living room and feels odd. The apartment looks way better in the photos as compared to its real look and feeling.
