Взагалі було чисто, але на кружках були сліди чаю, на білих полотенцях були плями, але полотенець було багато і ми вибрали чистенькі.

We are a family of four, which was clearly stated when we made the booking. Unfortunately, we were shocked to find that the sofa bed was in very poor condition—the undersofa mattress was covered with hairs, which was extremely unhygienic. In addition, there were not enough blanket provided; there were only enough for two people, so we struggled to stay warm. Whoever used the sofabed have to cover themselves with some towels. The landlord responded quickly and apologised for overlooking the sofa bed after I reported the issues with the mattress and blankets. A cleaner was sent the next day to clean the mattress, but when we returned in the evening, there was still visible dirt left on the floor around the sofa-bed area. We also did not receive any extra blankets. The landlord explained that they did not have spare blankets available and suggested using the air conditioning for heating instead.
