About this house rental
Welcome to the heart of the Augsburg Western Forest Nature Park in the heart of the perennials.
Our modern and comfortable holiday home "Staudensonne" was built in 2015 in the form of a semi-detached house and offers two wonderful new holiday apartments surrounded by a wonderful landscape, which is particularly inviting for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in a bright, stylishly furnished semi-detached house with upscale furnishings on two floors with its own entrance and private south-facing terrace.
Each apartment has a size of 75 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, an entrance area with a cloakroom, a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher and the living / dining area with a pull-out bed sofa bed. For our little guests we are happy to provide a children's travel bed (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair.
Our apartments have free WiFi.
You are always welcome with us for a cuddle weekend, short vacation or long stay.
New from summer:
Our guests receive free entry to the Fischach natural swimming pool. The voucher can be redeemed at the ticket office in the natural swimming pool during normal opening hours.

Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen: sauber und gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, geräumig, ruhig und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter haben wir hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben Ausflüge ins Legoland sowie nach Augsburg gemacht, beides ca. 40 Minuten entfernt.
Der ganze Ort ist sehr idyllisch und lädt zum Urlaub machen ein. Empfehlen können wir übrigens auch das griechische Restaurant Akropolis (viertel Stunde Fußweg).

Alles verlief unproblematisch, nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Schlafraum ist nur durch eine kleine Wand getrennt, so dass alles sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung in einem kleinen Dörfchen ist. Die Fahrwege sind meistens sehr lang. Aber wem das „egal“ ist, können wir diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, von dem aus man in alle Richtungen tolle Unternehmungen starten kann. Zu dritt sind wir wunderbar klar gekommen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass der Schlafbeich durch eine Zwischenwand getrennt ist, getrennte Zimmer gibt es daher nicht. Wer insbesondere mit älteren Kindern mehr Privatsphäre benötigt, ist eventuell nicht gut bedient. Für alle anderen eigent sich die Ferienwohnung sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber . Etwas hellhörig, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
