About this house rental
Welcome to the heart of the Augsburg Western Forest Nature Park in the heart of the perennials.
Our modern and comfortable holiday home "Staudensonne" was built in 2015 in the form of a semi-detached house and offers two wonderful new holiday apartments surrounded by a wonderful landscape, which is particularly inviting for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in a bright, stylishly furnished semi-detached house with upscale furnishings on two floors with its own entrance and private south-facing terrace.
Each apartment has a size of 75 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, an entrance area with a cloakroom, a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher and the living / dining area with a pull-out bed sofa bed. For our little guests we are happy to provide a children's travel bed (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair.
Our apartments have free WiFi.
You are always welcome with us for a cuddle weekend, short vacation or long stay.
New from summer:
Our guests receive free entry to the Fischach natural swimming pool. The voucher can be redeemed at the ticket office in the natural swimming pool during normal opening hours.

Deze woning was uitstekend!
Het huis is zeer netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal is dat er 2 wc's zijn 1 op eerste verdieping en 1 op begane grond.
Ligging in zeer rustige omgeving waardoor voor ons diverse wandelroutes vanuit de vakantiewoning bereikbaar zijn.

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern im Haus. Unsere späte Anreise war kein Problem und auch der telefonische Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war einfach.
Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, sehr sauber und durchdacht. Im Garten kann man die Abendsonne genießen und einen Gutschein fürs Naturfreibad gibt es auch.

Wir riefen mit der Bitte an keine Waschmitte mit Parfümstoffen in der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern zu benutzen, da wir Allergiker sind. So weit so gut. Leider stank das ganze Haus nach neuen Möbeln, obwohl diese laut Vermieterin schon 18 Monate eingebaut seien. Qualität dieser Produkte?? Wenn Allergiker anrufen, und ich als Vermieter rieche den Geruch selber immer noch (Eigenaussage), dann muss ich diesen Gästen absagen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 2 Nächten abbrechen müssen. Es gab leider kein Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung.
