Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed! Location is excellent if you want to be minutes drive from Canmore town centre but not in the hustle and bustle of town itself. Easy parking situation, nice neighbourhood for morning walks. There is pay per use laundry which was very helpful for me after a long road trip stretch to Alberta!
The unit does face the highway so it is not going to be totally quiet, but the windows were pretty decent on noise reduction. The kitchen is a bit tight and dated: oven/stove a bit finicky, the exhaust fan just blew out the top (so we had to keep windows open for cooking!), and the fridge/freezer had to be checked to ensure it stayed closed (don't put anything in the doors, which have an older seal).

Great location, easily accessible and they had everything we needed in the kitchen!
The handle railing on the right side going into the suite may require additional screws as it looked like a bolt may have been missing.

It was easily accessible, very clean & cozy
The fact that both bedrooms were on an upper level with narrow stairs. We had someone using a cane in our group. The traffic mouse was so bad we couldn’t open the windows at night for coolness.
