About this house rental
The Levante is located in the heart of the Viareggio's old center, surrounded by the beach, the main city park, the outdoor market and the old railway station.
The apartment is composed of one bedroom (double bed), one living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room.
The Levante has a private town garden with palm trees and other plants. Outdoor furniture to have meals and spend your relaxing time outdoors.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two.
Strategic location in the old center of Viareggio makes it a great choice for visitors who want to relax and enjoy the town as well as for the ones who may want to use it as a starting point for visiting Cinque terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano and much more.

STAY/TOURIST TAX
The city of Viareggio asks us to collect a tourist tax. This is not included in the airbnb price and must be paid in cash at your arrival. Please see below for more details.
* The local city authorities require that we collect a "tourist tax". This will be collected in cash at the time of checking in.
* The amount of the tourist tax goes in its entirety to the city and helps make our area more beautiful and the services more efficient for our guests.
* We do not include this amount in the booking, because if we did that, this amount would go also in our income tax and you would end up having to pay more to compensate. Therefore it is to your advantage to pay this separately at arrival, in cash.
* The amount is 2 euros/person/day for all guests above 18 years of age (at the time of check-in) and for a maximum of 10 days.
Example:
You are a family with with three children with only one of the kids being over 18 at the time of arrival and you are booking for 14 nights.
The amount will be: 3x2x10 = 50 euros.
- Parking expenses
If you are coming with a car, parking in the street is absolutely safe but the city requires a parking permit to be purchased. The cost of such a permit is about €20/week. The permit must be purchased personally at your arrival. It's a quick and easy procedure that we are happy to help our guests with.
