Very nice hotel. Great facilities, clean rooms!
Even tough on booking.com it was stated that there would be a shared bathroom, this was not the case. They referred to the grand bathroom or ‘sento’ as they call it in Japan. This Sento was also very nice and clean.
The breakfast was pretty good, bread as well as rice.
Also great location near matsumoto castle and only 13 minute walk from the station.
The price was also very cheap compared to what you get!

The staff was extremely nice and everything was clean. The location next to the castle is superb and also just 15 minutes from the station.
There was a faint smell of a cleaning agent. Nothing bad but still noticeable

The breakfast is a well worth addition.
The rooms are incredibly small. It is barely larger than the double bed, which is pushed against one side. It is a challenging room for two people.
The rooms were also not very clean. We found lots of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. The hotel is also a 20 minute walk from the train station.
