Great, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Yet, not too far from everything still. Staying here in January, there weren’t many other people. The indoor pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were good. Las Palmas is an older property, but the condo was well kept and well stocked.

We spent the weekend in sunny St George (turned out kind of stormy) watching our granddaughter play softball. The condo in Las Palmas was a great place to stay. We for sure pick it over a motel room

My husband and I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this place that had the potential to be a fantastic accommodation, thanks to its prime location. However, the overall cleanliness of the place, particularly the abundance of dust and unclean carpets, left us with a deeply unsatisfying stay and even triggered allergies. Let me start with the positive aspects. The location of this place was undeniably superb, providing easy access to popular attractions and amenities. We were excited about exploring the area, and the convenience offered by the central location was indeed a major selling point. Unfortunately, the property itself failed to live up to our expectations. Upon entering the apartment, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The most glaring issue was the excessive amount of dust that seemed to have accumulated in every nook and cranny. Not only was it visually unappealing, but it also had a negative impact on our health. Both my husband and I suffer from allergies, and the dusty environment exacerbated our symptoms, making our stay far from comfortable. The carpets, in particular, were a major concern. They appeared so neglect

The property was clean, and the grounds were pretty. The Hot tubs were all super busy all weekend, so we were not able to use them. But the home was nice and clean, and it was a convenient location by the Dixie Center. I recently had a knee replacement, so the master bathtub was a little hard to get into; it is a large soaking tub. I would suggest putting something in the bottom so it is not so slippery when trying to get in. But overall, the home was nice, and we had everything we needed. We would stay there again, thank you.

I came to St George with my husband and 2 kids to meet up with our college son at Utah Tech (so 3 kids total) to celebrate his birthday. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking pans & utensils. Clean towels and super cozy beds! All the little things were stocked, like shampoo/conditioner and body wash, cleaning supplies, paper towels, salt & pepper etc. It makes a difference when traveling when you have the essentials provided! The owners even provided their phone number if we needed anything during our stay!

We had tickets to Tuacahn and decided to do a quick family vacation. I had originally booked at a hotel, but decided to look for a condo. This property is fantastic!!! The location, condo, and amenities (6 pools!) are just superb. I would highly recommend a stay here and have told my family we will never do a hotel in St. George again!

The check-in process could not have been easier; simply enter the code on the keypad. The owner is quick to respond to communication. Angelica's Mexican food did not disappoint! Great location a little bit off the beaten path. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. The best of the best!! We will definitely stay here again.

5 Stars from beginning to end. Clean comfortable condo at an affordable rate. All 7 members of our party...even my mother-in-law 😁... had a great time. Good location. The pools were a huge hit with the kids. We'll be back.

The unit was roomy, bedrooms were good the kitchen had everything we needed. But the rooms has cobwebs in the ceiling corners and the throw rugs were a tripping hazard the edges were curdled up we tripped a few times. The Table had a broken side and it had sharp edges it was difficult to seat 4 adults around it A out door grill would have been great. We have stayed in several different units in Las palms and this is the first one that did not have an out door grill. That was a disappointing. We did have a great time in St. George Thanks If the few itmes we mentioned were fixed we would rent this unit again.

This was perfect for our vacation needs. We loved everything, the ground level condo with access from both sides. The condo opens up to a grassy patch right outside the door. There were 2 pools within a short distance and a playground very close. We loved it!

We stayed one night in this comfy condo. We loved that it was on the ground floor. We didn’t get to use the pool, but the kids enjoyed the nearby playground. A high chair, play pen, and toys are available to use which is helpful when you’re traveling with kids. The water pressure was GREAT! We hope to be back sometime soon and enjoy the pools - they looked really fun.

We loved our stay at this property. The family pool was perfect for my whole family (3-14 year old kids) and just across the parking lot. We loved that we had access to "the Hub" and were able to play pickleball, basketball, and pool. "the Hub" is a little dated but overall we enjoyed it. We were a little sad that the slide pool was broken. The apartment itself had ample space for everyone to have a bed and everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved that the kids could just walk out back to the grass and play on the grass and playground right there. I highly recommend this location and rental.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable property. It was a great location, close to two pools, if the weather would have been warmer. A couple of suggestions: The fireeplace needs to be operational during the winter. The kitchen was not stocked very well. The pans were really old and had not been cleaned well, there was no aluminium foil, and the toaster burned the toast. Also we had to roll up the rug by the kitchen because it was a tripping hazard (rolled edges). The cleaners need to vacuum under the furniture better. Overall it was a great property for the price. We would stay there again.
