About this apartment rental
A Great condo with a beach view from the front windows / balcony. We are walking distance to the hang out. The condo has 2 BR- 2 BA. We now have a new sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms have been updated with new paint, TV's, fixtures, etc. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, i.e. stove, microwave, etc. The condo complex has 2 elevators for your convenience.
The complex also has a great pool with beach access across the street. We also have a gazebo for entertaining - to include 4 BBQ grills outside.
The condo also has high speed internet and a desk in the master bedroom for your travel needs.
Guest access
We have a designated double parking space under the building - located right in front of the east side elevator.
Other things to note
All reservations need to be made by someone 21 years or older.

Our communication with Ed was awesome. Any questions we had he immediately responded. The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean with easy access to the beach which was right across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Ed was great to work with. Parking is difficult but I nice place with easy beach access.
