2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great stay! Perfect location. Only issue was WiFi was a little spotty but we spent most of our time on the beach so we didn’t even need it.

Only problem we was with the door code and the door sticking. Every other property we’ve stayed had a blow dryer in the bathroom. So we didn’t bring out which presented a problem. We would rent from this property agsint

Great little place right on the beach. Decor was nice, condo was clean, kitchen was clean and modern. Location was perfect. Located right down the road from shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
