The Brockenblick is a pleasant attic space which is well-furnished, clean and tasteful, with a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and shower. There is a nice view of the hills from the bedroom window.

There are things which it is useful to know before choosing the Brockenblick. It is around two miles from the centre of town, and walking involves going up 150 steps at the end of the road. Public buses only run part way. In practice, a car is necessary. Within the property, there are two flights of steep steps up to the apartment. The property is advertised as having a terrace. In fact this is part of the front garden, abutting road and the property's car park, so not private, and not accessible directly from the apartment. There is a very pleasant seat up the road with a marvellous view of the town, which worked much better for us. The information is clear that towels are not included, but they would be a very useful addition.
