La posizione, il terrazzo, la doccia, la lavatrice
Cambierei il frigorifero, sostituirei il lavandino del bagno che è un po' piccolo e metterei un forno che oltre essere a cottura std sia anche microonde.

Close to the port of S. Maria- the apartment has everything you need, the owner was very kind and helped us with our requests (beach umbrella), in the fridge we found a snack and beers, a kind gesture very much appreciated. The apartment was clean.
The bedroom has just an interior window and no natural light. From the pictures it looks luminous but the reality is not like that. A bit overpriced for the view and the bedroom.

Nice location in walking distance to everything in Santa Maria Navarrese. Nice communication and good recommendations from the host.
Okay equipped kitchen. but not the best I have seen. No air condition in the bedroom, only in the living room (meaning we had to sleep with the bedroom door open to get cooled air into our bedroom).
