About this house rental
Welcome to Florida living with a truly paradise vacation! At our waterfront home you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just relaxing by the pool. Occasionally dolphins and manatees come into the canal. Our huge corner lot home backyard offers several spots to enjoy the 270 degree waterfront views: relax by the pool, sit on the dock to watch boats pass, gather by the fire pit, or lounge under the pavilion. we have direct access to the Tampa Bay. The home is almost 3100 sq ft, with very cozy and simple decorations. Our huge game room feature table games such as ping pong and foosball. Everything you may need for an extended and comfortable stay is included, ie Keurig coffee maker, oversized toaster oven, instant pot, blender.
We have cameras in front , sides and backyard of the house.
We have "Noiseaware" installed only for excessive noise measurements mostly for outdoors. It does NOT record audio.
We are tucked away at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. To respect our neighbor we request our guests to be mindful of outdoor noises especially after dark.
NO excessive noise, parties, and events allowed
PLEASE make sure you are COMFORTABLE with our house rules before booking.

Wonderful wonderful place to stay. My grandsons loved fishing and paddle boards. Lots of amenities - game room and pool were the best! Host was responsive with requests and extremely helpful. Would definitely return!

Property has everything you could want. Kayaks, boat slip, pool, hot tub, cornhole . Ping pong, even a pac man game that my daughter in law and grandson were competing for high score, great outside seating, lovely clean pool. Clean, there were 15 of us and we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with mothers and daughters to watch the NCAA Final Four games in Tampa.The house sits on a huge corner lot with a ton of water frontage. The neighborhood the backyard faces is really pretty and active with paddle boarders and boats. The yard is awesome! It is what makes the house. The pool, hot tub, seating areas and games, etc. kept everyone busy and very happy!The only issue we had was with the front door digital Panel. One section didn’t want to work for us so it took us awhile to unlock the door each time. But absolutely not a big deal.Everything else was wonderful! The houses living spaces were spacious and updated!
