Amazing property with ample room to hold events or family gatherings. Please don't be confused this isn't just another large home. The property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms just on the first floor alone. No other property in the Tampa Bay Area would be comparable! Without question the property comfortably can house groups of 20 plus people while guests can still maintain their privacy. Large Resort backyard with Brand New Pool installed 2019.

This property located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. It’s great for a large group of families and friends. Ms. Kathy(host) is super nice and friendly and will do anything to accommodate your request. 10- STARS for the service! Will definitely be back!

This place was great for us. Very spacious, clean and a beautiful pool and surrounding area. The owner was pleasant and friendly.

Overall a decent stay and property. The property could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance. For example - the pool is generally nice but very warm water, the provided shampoo/bodywash clearly was old/crusty, and shower curtains were dirty. The house also clearly used to be a commercial property of some sort, as there were industrial fire alarms on the wall and exit signs throughout the house.
