As you step into the backyard, there is a raised herb garden, beautifully landscaped with an assortment of fruit trees, artificial turf, large shade trees, backing up to a premier championship 18 hole golf course. There is a shaded and screened patio for your outdoor entertainment pleasure.
The interior of the house is tiled in the great room, kitchen, and the master which keeps the house cool in the summer. Gorgeous white shutters throughout the house, allowing plenty of natural light during the day.privacy and to keep the room cool.
There are 1 additional bedroom with a shared separate bathroom- shower/tub combination as well.
Full size eat-in kitchen with dishwasher.
Relax in the large great room with a designer oversized fan to keep the room comfortable for casual evenings. .
Full size high end washer and dryer are available for use. There is parking for one car in the driveway.

The location and neighborhood were nice, the interior was clean and the checkin was smooth. Communication was good but with two people and the back yard was the recipient of many blossoms that hadn’t been cleaned up. Linens were a bit dated but clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Pleasant stay!

The home was nicely decorated. It was furnished with everything you would need. The community has pools that were available to use- which we did! The home is dog friendly which was an added bonus. Betty Lou was very helpful.
