Location was good, near District 1. It's a safe building with securities and parking.

Check in was kinda confusing when the host messaged us multiple rooms and made frequent changes. I'm sure other guests would have received multiple info as well and this is not practically safe since the info has the room details and password. Room looks different compared to image on webpage, slightly older and smaller, but we did got swapped to a bigger room because the host made the wrong booking for the other guest. Room lacks water bottle, coffee and tea, tissue box, we also don't know where to ask if we need more towels. There is parking but you have to pay every time you get in and out and evening prices are different. My flight was later in the afternoon and I asked if we can store our luggage at the reception desk after check out and host notified it will be 50k dong for each luggage. However, there is no staff, only the security guards and he will not take the task as seems like he is working alone. Totally understand but it is a nuisance. I think it is better to stay at a hotel or airbnb where they actually host and accomodate for you.
