we really liked how much it felt like home.

there was a few minor issues when we first arrived

The location is perfect. Perfect view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Very close to beach. Pet friendly.

The jacuzzi tub did not work.

We liked how close public beach was to the condo. And that it had a garage to fit both of our vehicles.

The code for the garage didn’t work so one of us had to get out and go inside the building to raise the garage door every time. You’re not allowed to use the elevator unless handicapped so I think they should advertise that, because that many stairs is too much for some people. When we arrived the floors were very dirty, chair on the balcony was broke, sleeper sofa was broke. On the second day a man came into the room when only our daughters were in the room. He knocked but then used a code and came inside. Scared them to death. He claimed he was there to fix the stove. We contacted building manager, it thru didn’t know anything. Later that day they contacted us back, and said he was sent by the condo owners to fix the stove. Turns out it was broken also, but we should have been notified and asked before he was sent there. We should have been told before someone just came into our room.
