Fabulous family holiday home.

Great family holiday in a wonderful house

Lovely house with all you need for a great holiday stay. Wonderful place to be with a large family. Close to the beach and a nice little town. The sauna was a great extra and fully enjoyed by us.

All was very good, nothing we did not like. We had a bunch of young people with us so the WIFI downstairs was working hard and therefore a bit slow. upstairs WIFI was fine.

Well presented villa , lovely relaxing stay. Villa location is in quiet street. Garden not enclosed

Lovely garden and lovely spacious villa with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Everything in great condition. Very relaxing property to stay in. Air con in some rooms which was great. We did bring some fans with us which helped. Great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer at the property. De haan itself is a lovely place with great restaurants, lovely clean beach, waffle shops and fun mini golf. We had a wonderful take away from Paname restaurant.

The garden isn’t enclosed so this made it more tricky with our dogs. Air con was only in some bedrooms so the ones without were very hot. We slept downstairs next to the garage and the bedroom smelt like petrol. The villa is in a lovely road but it isn’t in the centre of de haan and is a car/bike ride into town. Slightly Too far for walking with dogs and children especially in the summer. Rubbish in the bin from previous stay which hadn’t been emptied and was attracting flies.

Super comfortabel verblijf met 5 volwaardige slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De living was heel ruim en comfortabel met 7 volwassenen en een peuter. We hadden een heel huiselijk gevoel.

Sehr geschmackvolle Villa

Die Villa ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Sauna und Terrasse sehr schön und groß. Alles tip top 👍. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Entfernung zum Meer/ Strandpromenade ist etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern aber kein Problem.

Sehr gute Lage und top ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus in De Haan. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Zuid mit 8 Personen. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren ebenfalls super praktisch.

De buurman. Wij zaten buiten te praten, zonder muziek. Om 19u kwam de buurman zeggen dat we te luid aan het praten waren. Onverdraagzame man!

Tolles Haus, für uns als Familie hat es bestens gepasst.

Lage des Hauses sehr schön mit anderen tollen Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Hauses, große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sehr schöner gepflegter Garten mit Sauna. Reichlich Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck vorhanden. Gute Fahrräder gehören zum Haus(haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Zum Strand konnte man in 25 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Vermieter war telefonisch bei einem Problem zu erreichen.

Die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte erweitert werden. Es könnten noch Schüsseln, Knoblauchpresse und eine Reibe (für Käse und Gemüse) angeschafft werden.

Séjour de 3jours nous étions content sauf le mauvais rapport des propriétaires 4h apres notre depart

Les propriétaires étaient joignable à tout moment, une belle maison bien équipée.

Nous n avons pas fait d etat de lieux en entrant ni en sortant par contre 4h apres notre départ, les propriétaires nous envoient une photo du parquet disant que nous avons fait des griffes et avons laissé la maison salle alors que dans le prix le menage etait compris et d ailleurs nous avons respecter le protocole cad fait la vaisselle et ranger tout. Je trouve que ce n'est pas correcte de faire un etat de sorti sans les personnes concernées car de cette manière on peut faire porter le chapeau pour tout et pour rien à qui on veut. Dommage!

Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet;- allerdings relativ klein und - um mit mehreren Personen arbeiten zu können - lässt man die Spülmaschine besser geschlossen, weil die Klappe sonst den Durchgang zum Essbereich versperrt

Entspannte Tage in De Haan

Wir durften ein sehr großes Haus mit 5 Schlafräumen bewohnen, Die Aufteilung war 4 x Doppel- und 1x Vierbettzimmer. Die Betten waren wie bestellt bezogen und sehr bequem. Handtücher wurden vom Gastgeber dazu gelegt. Der Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Kamin war sehr großräumig und hell durch die große Glasfront, durch die man auch duch eine Tür den Garten betreten konnte. Der große Esstisch hatte Platz für 12 Personen. Im Außenbereich findet sich eine Saune, ein Außentisch und eine Lounge-Ecke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank ist in der Küchenzeile integriert. Ein weiterer Küchlschrank steht auch noch nutzbar in der Garage. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Badzimmer im EG und OG sind neu, groß und modern und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Das WC ist im EG abgetrennt vom Bad. Warmwasser ist sofort und auch ausreichend vorhanden. Die Garage ist ebenfalls der Zugang zum Haus - hier erhält man im Vorfeld den passenden Zahlencode zum Tor-/Hausöffnen. In der Garage findet sich zusätzlich ein Funköffner für das Garagentor - Im Haus ist neben der Eingangstor ein Schlüsselkasten mit 2 weiteren Schlüsseln für das Haus.

Das Wlan im Haus zeigt zwar starken Ausschlag, aber lässt kaum eine Internetverbindung zu. Leider sind nahezu alle Schneidemesser stumpf. Beim nächten Mal werde ich einen Messerschleifer mitnehmen.
