DE HAAN ROBIN HOUSE

The indoor swimming pool and water slides are great fun and the facilities are very clean! (No shoes policy certainly makes a difference) Nice soft play for the kids up to 12 years old and good bowling area for those bigger. For the adults, there is also entertainment like bingo and quizzes nights and lovely restaurants where you can eat lovely meals.

The house where we stayed it was very poorly isolated and the heaters upstairs were very old, when I tried to switch them on it started smelling like burning, I couldn't open the windows as there aren't, and the velux I couldn't open it as it was pouring down. After 3 days of rain and wind, it started dripping in our bedroom, where we had the phones to charge. They should certainly improve the houses and isolate them, change the heaters, and just make them safer.

not recommended; poor client service and a fractured arm

The clear advantage in staying here was access to Aqua Mundo & jungle gym next door. The bike hire also worked very well.

Where this resort fails is in customer service and quality, From the very abrupt check-in onwards. At check in, we were not given a map or explained how to find the accommodation. The reception is only open twice a week. Importantly, this means no one is around after hours in case of emergencies or to help with noise (there were people partying until 2am). After two calls to customer service and back to check in I was finally told that we could get no access to the app to make bookings as we had booked through booking.com. This meant going to a self-service booth every time i wanted to make a booking. The activities advertised were misleading: almost all activities have additional costs,. The archery was overbooked so we spent half the time waiting, laser tag was cancelled 10 mins before but good when rebooked. The water sports advertised are simply nowhere to be found; no one could tell me where to hire a SUP, or even which beach to go to - so why advertise these as being offered? The accommodation - it was not clearly explained as to what's in there and what's not ahead of time. For a premium cottage, there was no air-conditioning & the heater was set to 24 degrees without being able to switch it off in summer. There are no garbage bags, 1 roll of toilet paper, no soap, no dish clothes etc. Some services just don't work well. It's advertised you can get pizzas delivered to your room, but it took 4 attempts to finally be advised how to get take away. There are not enough safety considerations for aqua mundo. I fractured my arm falling down stairs with no handrail, no TRAINED first aid people on site, no one supervising rapids at the beginning to ensure safe distances between people, toddlers who cannot swim allowed on bigger rides. No one checked in on me to ask about my arm, no one helped me to get back from hospital. when i asked about calling a cab the next morning, they told me I should have been more prepared.

detached property with plenty open space and built in BBQ. large FF and comfortable beds.

rather a long walk to unpack from vehicle. small kitchen and very narrow stairway to bedrooms. no chopping board or proper food preparation facilities.

A nice time with the family

Location of site and villa was close to amenaties and the use of the sauna was great.

The bedroom facilities, in particular the wardrobe space/cupboards was very poorly designed and left minimal space to put clothes etc. There was a lot of wasted space next to sauna room and the bedroom itself which could have been planned better. The TV monitor could have also been located elsewhere. the cottage overall was lovely but it would have been nice to have enough space to put our clothes somewhere.

Le soir du spectacle, ne pas avoir pu prendre de dessert au restaurant car la cuisine est fermée pour 21 h. C’est un peut tôt car le spectacle a commencé à 20 h 30. Peut être laisser ouvert les soirs de soirées jusqu’à 21 h 30 ou 21 h 45. Pas eu mon dessert et une perte d’argent pour l’établissement.

L’arrangement du souper, pas de buffet mais l’accès aux différents restaurants. Impeccable ! Les activités… Le confort des cottages.

Les tables à langer du vestiaire de la piscine sont très dangereuses et très mal placées . Mon bébé, de 8 mois est tombé sur le sol en carrelage, malgré une grande surveillance. Je tient à le préciser . Le matelas a glissé et impossible de le rattraper alors que je me trouvais juste devant lui. Change rien eu de grave mais la catastrophe aurait pu arriver. Il manque aussi une partie de l’attache de la table à langer des toilettes. Revoir le mobilier pour les bébés avant d’avoir un drame !!!

De VIP cottage 315 is slecht onderhouden en smerig. De toiletdeur sluit niet, de afvoer van de douche stroomt over, de vloer plakt, het terras is maandenlang niet schoongemaakt. De openhaard, barbecue en het buitenbad zijn buiten gebruik.

Durant notre séjour. Toutes les animations du soir ont été en anglais et néerlandais, pas en français... Manque d entretien dans le cottage, bois de la table qui se décolle, lumière de la sdb sans protection... Trop d activités payantes pour le prix qu'on paye.

Excellent week-end en famille

Les logements et leur équipements, tout est très bien. Très propre. Les prestations offertes par le parc sont impeccable et convenues.

Si on cherche quelque chose à dire Les oreillers pourraient être changés. Mais peut être est ce ceux que nous avions. Concernant l’ouverture des fenêtres un système pour les ouvrir en grand devraient être prévu.

Très décevant, je ne reviendrai pas

Déçue par mon séjour à Center Parcs. La piscine est petite par rapport à ce que l’on attend d’un tel site, et seuls deux toboggans sur trois étaient en service. Le gîte était très sale à notre arrivée, avec un ménage manifestement bâclé : pas de housses de matelas, ce qui est vraiment regrettable. Je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience.

Nadat wij het in februari al geboekt hadden van dit jaar, zaten wij helemaal in het laatste huis van het park zelfs het pad was niet schoongemaakt wel erg jammer
