Kata gardens 2 bedroom near Kata beach 3B

Очень уютно, просторно, в окружении зелени. Продумано всё до мелочей. Все контакты с персоналом вызывают только благодарность. Чувствовали себя очень комфортно.

Жили в этих апартаментах с 12.12.2025 г. по 12.01.2026г., номер 3 B апартаменты соответствуют фото на букинге, все как на картинке, все очень чисто и аккуратно, все на своем месте - прекрасная стиральная машина, очень большой холодильник, бытовые приборы - тостер, чайник, капсульная кофе машина - все новое! На большой террасе открывался прекрасный вид и было ощущение, что ты находишься в джунглях - это придавало вечером свой колорит. По матрасам и подушкам - все отлично - все новое и удобное такое встретить очень редко в наше время, чтобы все подходило и чувствуешь себя как дома на даче. Отдельно хотелось бы сказать большое спасибо обслуживающему персоналу, а именно команде под управлением девушки по имени Pook - это люди которые 24 часа всегда были на связи начиная с прилета и заселения и заканчивая нашим отлетом ! По любому звонку Pook очень оперативно делала все , чтобы ты ни в чем ни нуждался: хочешь питьевой воды Pook все сделает за 10 минут сами купят сами поднимут , хочешь воды в кулер Pook тут как тут , полотенце поменять пляжные и любой каприз обращайся к Pook и даже не заметишь , что это у тебя уже в номере . В общем эта наш первый отдых в апартаментах и мы конечно же не ожидали такого сервиса и отношения к нам. Чувствуешь себя королем в своей маленькой резиденции. По итогу Pook и ее команде 100 балов из 100 продолжайте и дальше дарить отдыхающим такие яркие впечатления от пребывания туристов на отдыхе - нам этого иногда не хватает !!! Есть один минус , который нельзя предусмотреть - так это то , что рядом с этими апартаментами около дороги находится ресторан - там конечно очень вкусная и свежая еда, но вот после 19.00 часов посидеть на нашей огромной террасе в тишине не предоставляется возможным , так как идет очень сильный запах еды и очень шумно разговаривает персонал кухни и посетители, что делает номер 3B не такой комфортный…

We came back to this apartment for the second time. Me and kids adore the place, the property and the management team. Location is great as Kata Noi beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. At the same time we can easily access all the conveniences of Kata area. Best 2 restaurants are on the territory and just across the street. Local food street market, convenient stores, pharmacy, beach wear shops, more restaurants and sport activities are at our service. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. This year a water cooler was added)). The management team is nice and caring. We just love it!

Exactly as advertised- pictures were 100% accurate and descriptions were on point. We really appreciated the apartment/condo design both as a complex and individual unit. Felt like a hidden gem as the complex is designed for privacy and surrounded by greenery and the unit has exceptional outdoor space for an apartment - more like a villa / condo than apartment - with so much comfortable outdoor space outside of the living room dining area and 2nd bedroom combined with entry from each. Additionally outside of the master bedroom which overlooked a fountain of sorts into the generous swimming pool for the complex. Wonderful design of a master bedroom with huge garden tub felt like a luxurious hotel. We booked because of the large family of 5 and we needed two bedrooms - but were very pleased that we were all comfortable and every detail was high quality. The staff are all attentive and very pleasant from the security guard to the cleaners and the management. We enjoyed the swimming pool for the complex and the hidden gem was the space atop our block shared by three units. It was a very short walk to the Kata NOI beach. (I would say that it is on top of a hill with steep stairs to the beach and only stairs to the units - so avoid if you have mobility issues- but embrace if you are mobile). In addition to superior design it was the small touches that really made it special - green plants everywhere gave the feeling of thailand and privacy and the cleanliness of the units and towels and soaps were high quality. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would walk the beach and the kata NOI area Resturants and amenities daily. Would highly recommend kata gardens.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this place. The only important aspect that one should be aware of is if you have a lack of mobility in your legs it could be a challenge. At the top of the hill it is a little bit of a steep walk from the kata NOI area - the nearby stairs to the beach are also steep - and the complex doesn’t have an elevator (which we liked) we enjoyed it as a mobile family of 5 however if someone is older and struggles with stairs then you need to be aware. We are walkers but certainly one can use taxis or scooter to ride to both kata NOI and the kata NOI area beach entry with ease and you could get a ground floor unit - so still do able with mobility issues but you need to plan for taxi or scooter and ground floor unit if you are elderly and lack mobility.
