Good rooms (Can accommodate 10 ppl)
Nice pool
Great location
No daily cleaning Service (They came only one time as per our request and do minimal cleaning)
No changing for all bed and pillow sheets ( We have stayed for 6 nights!) Some of us felt ichy skin while sleeping (maybe bug beds)
Old furniture
Comparing to the price, I think they could do more

Хорошая кухня, много столовых приборов, холодильник, все принадлежности. Есть стиралка и сушилка и порошки к ним, даже очки были для тусовок где телевизор. Кондиционеры везде, вентиляторы, удлинитель был. Хорошие виды и аутентичный классный стиль.
Наверное постели не хватало сменной

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space and amenities. It is off the road and secure for kids. It is located in Kata village which was a 20 minute walk to the beach area which is prefect for families not wanting to be too close to the night life. There is plenty of shops and restaurants in the village to choose from. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.
The noise for the road can be loud so bring earplugs. This is not a problem with the villa as such generally roads seem to be busy in tourist areas.
