The king bed creates a restful retreat after a day of exploring, while large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and frame the river just steps away. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a quiet solo escape, this space offers cozy, efficient living in an exceptional setting. Please note there is no AC, but there is heat.

The kitchenette is equipped for light meals and easy mornings. You’ll find a refrigerator, microwave, portable single-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to help you start each morning right.

Please note that there is no cell service in the Redstone area. During peak season, internet service may be slow and is best suited for texting only. We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. If dependable internet access is important for your stay, our villas may not be the right fit for your trip.
Rental Policies
This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area.
Pets require pre-approval. A maximum of one pet is allowed. An additional pet fee of $75–$150 applies depending on length of stay. Due to API connection limitations, this fee is charged separately on third-party platforms.
Pack-n-play is available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens are not provided.
A charcoal grill is available for guest use on the shared riverside patio.

We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!

This was an inviting property with a beautiful backyard that is very well maintained with river access. The villa decor and comfort was very nice. We loved Redstone!

Host was accommodating and amenities were as stated but we didn't realize this was actually just a refurbished motel. The name "Villa" gave us a different impression of what it actually was. We didn't know it was a two story building. We were on the lower floor and had 3 days of what sounded like a herd of cattle every morning and evening. Had we known we would have chosen an upper level stay.
