The Bodetal, the cable cars, the Bodetal-Therme THALE, the train station and the bus station are within walking distance. The listed villa from the 19th Century was restored with attention to detail. The new and brightly furnished apartment offers every living comfort. The apartment has a terrace. Parking spaces are in front of the villa. Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und ruhige Ferienwohnung! Sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Wald, wo es viele tolle Wanderwege gibt! Außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein guter Italiener ist direkt gegenüber! Das war perfekt, um nach einer langen und anstrengenden Wanderung eine Pizza zu bestellen. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war super und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt fußläufig zur Talstation der Seilbahnen sowie Restaurants in Thale und ist sehr modern eingerichtet! Alles ist sauber und gut vorbereitet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Begrüßungsgetränk, Obst, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel… Alles was sonst auch schon mal in Ferienwohnungen fehlt) Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und auch spontan flexibel (sie hätte kurzfristig ein Babyreisebett organisieren können).
Alles in allem würden wir bei einer erneuten Reise in den Harz die Wohnung noch mal buchen.

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet.
Alles was wir benötigt haben war da und funktionstüchtig. Sogar Backofen und Geschirrspüler, und über dem Kühlschrank auch noch ein kleines Gefrierfach.
In der Wohnstube gibt es auch ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele im Schrank.
Einzig bei der Stärke des WLAN Signals bestand - als wir da waren - größeres Verbesserungspotential. Da das dem Vermieter mitgeteilt wurde hoffe ich dass da auch bald ein passender Repeater eingesetzt wird.
Für den, nach hinten rausgehenden Außenbereich (gut bei kleineren Kindern) sind sogar ein Elektro- und ein normaler Grill vorhanden.
Dadurch das die Wohnung im Souterrain ist, ist sie im Sommer natürlich toll - da schön kühl. In der Übergangszeit (in der wir da waren) wird es aber etwas frickelig mit der Heizung....die temperaturgesteuert nicht mehr viel heizt, wenn es draußen noch angenehm ist.
Kaum 10min zu Fuß sind die Seilbahnstationen (bzw. Wanderwege) zur Rosstrappe und zum Hexentanzplatz entfernt - und somit auch der Eingang ins Bodetal.
In die andere Richtung ist das Rathaus, viele Geschäfte und der schöne, große moderne Spielplatz auch nicht viel weiter entfernt.
Alles in Allem hat es uns gefallen.
