Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man in 20-30 min. im Bodetal. Die Wohnung ist groß,sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet für einen Ausflug auf dem Harz. Wir waren zu 2 und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist groß und das Esszimmer bietet ruhig Platz für 6 Personen. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer haben beide einen Fernseher, gut zur WM Zeit. Die Terrasse ist der Hingucker im Haus, man hat auch an heißen Tagen einen schönen schattigen Platz am Haus, der Blick auf den Fluss macht es zum perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und jedes hat ein Badezimmer, genug platz zum Entspannen ist sicher. Das anliegende Parkplatz ist auch ein großes Pluspunkt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, der Bahnhof, Cafés und Restaurants. Auch Einkaufen kann man bei rewe und Aldi sehr nah.

Das Haus ist schön groß , hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und lädt zum Entspannen direkt an der Bode ein. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die tolle Lage haben uns sehr gefallen.
Dass in einem Schlafzimmer ein bodentiefes Fenster zum angrenzenden Bad ist, fanden wir nicht so gut. Da bleibt doch einiges an Privatsphäre auf der Strecke. Man könnte die Scheibe mit Milchglasfolie bekleben oder ein Plissee anbringen.
