About this house rental
Excellent home for up to 12 (twelve) people on the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande.
It is a perfect home to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the clear and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the trails of the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it.
The house has 3 (three) large suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water and gas in the sinks and showers. Two suites overlooking the sea and the third overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The suites have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and accommodate up to 4 (four) people each (1 double bed and 2 singles).
The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large fridge and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a big stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine.
The large living room integrated with the kitchen is completely glazed and allows you to enjoy the landscape even inside the house.
Around the whole house has a large 3 meter wide balcony where you can enjoy the quiet in the cool of your shade.
The lighting of the house is by solar energy avoiding problems with the blackouts.
We have an anchor point for those coming by boat or boat.

Casa “pé na areia” com sala espaçosa, cozinha completa, suítes com ar split e área externa enorme com riacho de água doce e mini-piscina natural dentro do terreno. A praia de Maguariquissaba é calma, de água verde e conta com bóias cercando a área em frente à casa para garantir a segurança nos mergulhos. Os anfitriões Beto e Laura são muito agradáveis e moram em casa nos fundos do terreno, o que garante um acesso instantâneo a dúvidas sobre a casa e passeios. Também por morarem ali, Beto cuida da manutenção da casa como ninguém. Em uma semana maravilhosa de estadia, não tivemos qualquer problema com a casa ou os itens nela disponíveis. Voltaremos em breve!

A Laura é uma excelente anfitriã e me deu todas as dicas e nos deixou mt a vontade tirando nossas dúvidas desde de antes da estadia. Fomos surpreendidos por um paraíso, e olha que já fiquei em ilha grande no Abraão e em praia vermelha. A casa é pé na areia de verdade, uma delícia, dentro da casa pelos vidros vemos o mar o sol e a lua a noite. São 15 passos e vc está na areia. E ainda tem uma cachoeira com riacho no terreno! E um gazebo com espreguicadeiras para ler livro em frente ao mar...varanda deliciosa, quartos espaçosos, banheiro com chuveiro delicioso... tudo mt gostoso. Recomendo demais. Prepare o pessoal faça suas compras no continente e vá. Tudo perfeito!

o lugar por si só conta com uma paisagem incrivel, alem de ser muito reservado. a estadia na casa nao deixou a desejar em nenhum momento, eu amei cada segundo. fui comemorar meu aniversario com meu amigos e o pablo, filho da laura nos atendeu em todas as nossas necessidades. muito obrigada :) não vejo a hora de voltar!!!!
