About this house rental
Brand new house (built in 2021) facing the sea, with a beautiful view of the crystal-clear waters of Angra.
The house offers NET fiber internet with Wi-Fi and has 5 (five) spacious suites, a powder room, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender) integrated into the living room (which also has a wine cellar), laundry room, gourmet balcony and swimming pool.

The gourmet area features a barbecue grill, a beer cooler, and a table with 14 seats.
The house offers smart TVs in the living room and in all five suites.
The master suite features a double whirlpool tub and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.
All suites have smart TVs and split air conditioning; the living room and kitchen also have TVs and are air-conditioned.
The house is located within a gated community with a private beach and boasts beautiful views of the sea and mountains, close to the city center of Angra dos Reis and the Verolme Marina (10 minutes by car) where there are several restaurants and boat rental locations.
The house also has a pier for docking boats and also provides polyethylene kayaks.
The house also offers a mooring for boats.
The rental includes bed linens and towels, and the services of a caretaker who assists with arrival and departure from the property, as well as collecting trash, cleaning the pool, helping with luggage and shopping, and assisting with anything else necessary to make your stay more enjoyable.
Please note: There is no cleaning or electricity fee, but you will need to pay a daily rate for a cleaning lady who will be at your disposal for 8 hours a day. The cleaning lady's daily rate is R$ 180, and this payment is made directly to her on site. She will be responsible for cooking and cleaning the house.
If necessary, the caretaker can even recommend the services of other professionals (pizza maker, barbecue chef, chef, and housekeeper).

A beautiful hidden treasure. Jose was great helping us out on the check in process and our maid, Marissa made sure we felt like home. She made a great steak for us for lunch and nice break everyday we were there. They didn’t know English, but you should be fine with Google Translator. The place is about 15 minutes from downtown, where you can board speed boat to Ilha Grande.

While vacationing in Rio, we opted for a few days in Angra to hit the clear blue waters. It did not disappoint!! The house is large, clean, and well kept, with a large kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas. And of course beautiful views! The Casseiro and Cozinheira are amazing and will do everything they can to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations!!

beautiful location with direct access to the sea and to a private beach but the outside needs to be cleaned and the furniture inside the house and on the terrasseis poor, very basic and cheap.
