Hospitality of the staff and location.
Met Vipul and Ajmal at the front desk and they were the best in helping out with everything
Driver's accommodation was a disaster. Our driver who is like a family member was not even provided a pillow and a bedsheet.
Used the Spa and the Spa room was so cold, I was literally shivering. Unfortunately there was no heater also to keep the guests comfortable. What's the point of having a relaxing spa if I am going to be freezing.

The hotel is located on the main road into Sasan Gir and has full resort style facilities on site such as restaurants and nightly shows.
The WiFi worked fairly well.
The maintenance and cleanliness levels are not ideal. Bedding was clearly not fresh, and multiple mould and rust spots were observed in the room and washroom. The hot water pressure was weak.

Hotel is past its prime. The room and facilities are very old. For the money being charged not worth. staff is good
