About this house rental
The house is located 50 m from the beautiful Potamia beach that is well protected from the summer north winds. It overlooks a totally unspoiled view of the surrounding sea and mountains, and offers a beach with crystal clear water. The property is a 7 min. drive from the attractive sea side village of Loutra.
The ground floor consists of a sitting area and an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The lower lever consists of two sunny bedrooms with the possibility of adding baby cots, a bathroom and a playroom. There is an internal staircase with extra toddler-security gates.
Need of a private car to access the house since there is no public transport.
There is a shady private parking on the grounds for 2 cars. The closest bus station is in Loutra seaside village, around 6 km from Potamia.
Taxi service is available as well as moto and car rental.

From Piraeus port 3 hours, from Lavrion port 1 hour and 45min. Lavrion port is a 20min. drive from Athens main airport.
