Beds need new mattresses not ones with springs poking through

It was a mobile home not a chalet , the beds were so uncomfortable we checked out early , the swimming pool was barely available and I am still waiting for my €100 euro deposit back and have messaged them 3 times but no response

Served it's purpose.

Location. Very near where we needed to be. Peaceful. Relaxing pool area

Cleanliness was limited. Freezer not cleaned. Grape stalks and pips left on shelf of bedside table. Some staff not particularly friendly., almost agressive. Woken up several times per night by the carpark automatic light just next to the bedroom window. Limited English or french spoken.

Staff, facilities, room supplies Do not visit this place! I really recommend everyone to avoid this property. Me and my family were treated like garbage. Also a note for women and girls who wear a burkini: it is not allowed but this is not noted on the website. Me and my daughter were refused to enter the swimming pool so we decided to leave right away after we were refused and treated like garbage. As we booked for two nights and left after one night we wanted to have a refund and they declined this request as well because you have to book two nights minimum. This is not the way how to treat your guests. The people who are working there do not have any experience in this business. Unbelievable how people like this can work in this nice looking place!!

The only thing that would have made it better was to have air conditioning in the Chalet. With the temperature well above 30c it got so hot when we had to close it up to travel that it melted butter, chocolate, etc.

Check in takes too long and manual, so we were late to go to the winter market and waste our ticket that we already purchased online. The gas is not working so we can’t have a shower nor cooking and the heater is off as well a day after, even they lend us a small portable heater and offer us shower in public bathroom but we already about to check out n have no time for that. We booked for four person but they only made a bed in master BR and we have to put a bed sheets in other two beds by my self after tiring day, I have to move the drying rack that they put infront of the sink, no bin in the kitchen, no hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. No instructions for the wifi and how to lock the door etc

It is difficult to give a sum up if you only stay one night.

I liked that I could check out earlier than normal time. The chalet was clean. We only stayed there for one night, because we use it to stay over night, because my daughter and her friend had to be early in Maaseik.

The price for one night was 250,00 Euro, and this without breakfast or anything. The food in the evening at the restaurant at the swimming pool was good, but expensive, and only possible to pay cash, no bancontact or credit card possible.
