The vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, a separate toilet, an entrance hall, a living room with lounge, TV (Android TV and Netflix), bookcase, and dining table with 8 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table and corner sofa. The house also has a playroom (board games and toys for children) with a small freezer, a basement with an extra shower, sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, as well as a drying rack/clothesline. The third basement with an electric garage door has space for storing/charging bicycles. There is also an air hockey table and a foosball table. There is also a veranda with sliding windows, equipped with a garden table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, croque pan, popcorn machine, microwave oven, conventional oven, 4-burner halogen hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator with small freezer compartment.
One bedroom has two single beds and a cot. Another bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed (two single beds). The beds are made on arrival, but you must bring your own towels. A high chair is available.
The vacation home has Wi-Fi.
At the rear of the property, there is a fenced garden that belongs to the property and may be used. The garden shed, greenhouse, conservatory, and chicken coop are not accessible.
The host, who lives in the immediate vicinity, has limited access to the garden for maintenance and feeding the chickens.
The vacation home is recognized by Tourism Flanders as a 4* vacation home with accommodation decree number 406112.
From Hoeverreeke, you are less than 1 km from the Wilhelm Tell recreation center. You are also close to the Bosbeek Valley and less than 4 km from Hoge Kempen National Park, with its network of numerous walking, mountain biking, and cycling routes. Genk (7.5 miles), Maasmechelen Village (8.7 miles), and Hasselt & Maastricht (17 miles) are just a stone's throw away.

De vakantiewoning bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers, een badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet, een aparte WC, een inkomhal, een leefruimte met salon, tv (Android TV en Netflix), boekenkast en eettafel met 8 stoelen, een volledig ingerichte keuken met kleine eettafel met hoekbank. Verder is er in het huis ook nog een speelkelder (gezelschapsspellen en speelgoed voor kinderen) met een kleine diepvriezer, een kelder met een extra douche, wastafel, wasmachine, droogkas, strijkplank en strijkijzer, alsook een droogrek/was koorden. In de 3e kelder met elektrische garagepoort is plaats voor eventueel fietsen te stallen/op te laden. Hier bevindt zich ook een air-hockey speeltafel en een tafelvoetbalspel. Verder is er een veranda met schuiframen, voorzien van een tuintafel en stoelen.
De ingerichte keuken beschikt over een koffiezet, waterkoker, broodrooster, croque pan, popcornmachine, microgolfoven, klassieke oven, 4 pits halogeenkookplaat, vaatwasser, frigo met kleine vriesruimte.
Een slaapkamer bevat 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een babybedje. Een andere slaapkamer bevat een tweepersoonsbed. De derde slaapkamer bevat 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een stapelbed (2 eenpersoonsbedden). Er zijn opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst, maar handdoeken dient u zelf mee te brengen. Er is een kinderstoel aanwezig.
In de vakantiewoning is wifi aanwezig.
Aan de achterzijde van de woning is er een omheinde tuin die hoort bij de woning en gebruikt mag worden. De tuinberging, tuinhuis, serre en kippenren zijn niet toegankelijk.
De host, die in de directe omgeving woont, heeft beperkte toegang tot de tuin voor onderhoud & voeren van de kippen.
