I loved the location, and setting. It being by a river surrounded by trees made you really feel you could block out all the city noise!
Only tiny details, fire alarm went off randomly in the night. Outside light needed new bulb, and services slightly dusty. HOWEVER known of this would stop me from coming back!

Lovely location. For a small space it was very well set up.
Bit cramped, but that was to be expected and if it were summer and not raining (!) there is a lovely outdoor space set up beautifully.
