Portside Villa: Private deck and beach access, with amazing views of the ocean

Our stay at this villa in Jamaica was nothing short of a 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations.A special shoutout goes to the incredible staff—Todd, Nigell, and Doreen—who truly made our stay unforgettable. Todd was always attentive and catered to every request with ease and professionalism. Nigell went above and beyond, not only overseeing the property but also serving us, making drinks, and even taking us out kayaking. Doreen’s warmth and care added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming—we couldn’t have asked for better.The property itself is exceptional and very well maintained. The pool was clean and a great feature to enjoy throughout the day. The villa is also very secure, with Nigell ensuring smooth arrivals and departures by personally managing the gates for guests.The views were absolutely spectacular, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly some of the most beautiful moments of our trip. All the rooms matched the photos and descriptions perfectly, which made settling in effortless. While a few balcony doors didn’t function perfectly, it didn’t impact our experience at all.Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for villa experience in Jamaica.

The property was clean however we had black ants invading bathrooms and bedrooms. Housekeeper managed the situation to get rid of the ants. The chef was able to meet our group’s dietary requirements with ease. Meals were delicious. The butler was also very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely revisit. Beach however is a private beach that has to be accessed by leaving property through front gate and walking along main road to enter private beach. We didn’t expect that.

The staff was incredible. Chef Bell made us not want to eat out at all. He was very very good. The rooms were huge and the view was stunning. The butler, Negel made us feel at home and was always around to help. This villa is going to become a favorite of ours.

I like to be very honest with reviews, as I use them myself when booking. The property itself is beautiful and right on the water. If you plan on staying in the house and doing water activities this is a good pick. It’s about an hour or more away from many of the major attractions. The area is a bit nosey and you hear everything that’s happening on the road in the house. While there is AC and great AC at that in the bedrooms, there is no AC in any of the common areas so it’s a bit hot. The butler Negill was AMAZING. Kind and very accommodating. The housekeeper was there all day but could have cleaned a lot better. Dinning room tables and floors were very dirty. They do provide kayaks and jenga at the house. I thought that was nice. I will also say the room set ups are accommodating for a big family.
