Welcome to the luxurious Naples Continental Club! This 6th floor condo includes a kitchen, 2 new full bathrooms and hardwood floors as well as 2 bedrooms.
The upscale Naples Continental Club's completed a major renovation in Spring 2025 to include newly decorated lobby and first floor common areas, pool, fitness room, library and courtyard area.
The 6th floor overlooks miles of white sandy beach and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private lanai. The NCC pool is located just steps from the beach. The unit is furnished with a 65” inch Smart TV with cable, wireless internet and split bedroom floor plan for privacy. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This beachfront building is located ½ mile from dining and shopping at Venetian Village, 4 miles from downtown Naples’ famous 5th avenue shopping and dining district and Mercato and Waterside shopping and restaurants are also nearby.
The Naples Continental Club also includes additional resort style amenities such as Gas BBQ grills, shuffle board, fitness room, library, social/game room with billiards table and 2 shared laundry facilities on each floor. Each condo is assigned one parking spot and guest parking is also available. Condo association also offers social events such as happy hours, book club, mah johg groups and more. Homeowners Association Application required with $100 non-refundable fee (21-day approval process). Lease agreement must also be signed prior to VRBO approval (required by HOA).
March 6-April 6, 2025 is currently available. May be able to provide a little flexiblity on arrival/departure date but 30 day lease is required.

I can’t say enough great things. The condo was immaculate! Gorgeous views. Open the slider and hear the waves. Great location. Can walk to Waterside or 10 minute drive to just about everything. We stayed a month and would stay again in a heartbeat. Owner was always available as well. Highly highly recommend!!!!
