(No water park onsite) Savoy 203 is located on Gulfshore Blvd N, The Savoy, is one of the few buildings within walking distance to Venetian Village shoppes and restaurants. The Savoy is located in the prime Park Shore area that is one of the most desirable areas of Naples. The gated Savoy entrance is where Park Shore Drive ends into Gulfshore Blvd . The completely recently renovated condo has two master suites plus a large 3rd bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. This beautiful large condo is over 2400 square feet giving you plenty of space for a family of almost any size. New furniture through out unit and an assigned covered parking spot.
This luxurious condo has been entirely remodeled with granite countertops throughout kitchen and all three bathrooms and laundry room, all new flooring, crown molding, all new windows and sliders that open, along the entire exterior wall of the condo giving you a great view from the entire condo! All new furnishings too! Watch the sunset over the Gulf right from the condo! Your just a few steps away from the beautiful white sandy beach!
The Savoy has a large beach front pool, hot tub, multiple barbecue grill areas, two tennis courts and pickle ball courts, and bocce court, shuffleboard court, plenty of extra parking, and full time front desk personal. There is a beautiful private community park area as well. The Savoy also offers additional overflow guest suites for a minimal fee if you invite extra guests to visit and need more space than the 2400 square foot condo. The Savoy has an extremely large and beautiful lobby, with water feature, skylights, glass elevators, baby grand piano, and large community social room with full kitchen! The large onsite fitness center off the lobby looks out over the beautiful park. The Savoy also has a large patio and gazebo area by the tennis courts and 2 sundecks on the penthouse floor for you to use. The sundecks have a spectacular view of the entire beach! First let me start by saying we have stayed at multiple properties and this by far has been the best property that we have ever stayed at. From the moment we booked, the hosts were in contact with us and were eager to answer any questions we had. They went above and beyond during our entire stay-from texting us to make sure everything was going as planned, to giving us suggestions for places to eat & places to go shopping. You literally just need your clothes and groceries at this condo-there were beach chairs, buggies to wheel your beach gear to the beach-you name it, the list goes on! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will want and then some! You will not be sorry that you booked this condo, we will for sure be back! Don't be surprised if the front desk knows you by name. They were very kind and attentive, and their attention to detail is what makes this property a very safe place to stay. Only suggestion I can give is using the netted buggy in the front closet to help get your groceries to the condo-we just put it in the car when we went to the grocery.

This condo at the Savoy is awesome. Great views from all rooms, very spacious, immaculate grounds, wonderful pool and patio, and the walk to the beach is short and easy. Layout of the condo is perfect for a larger family and all furnishings are wonderful. Building is very secure, ease of entry and exit and parking all all very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

My wife and I are snow birds from Baltimore, MD and for the past four years have spent four months at The Savoy condominium in Naples, FL. For the last three seasons we rented unit 203.
Unit 203 was comfortably updated by the new owners who bought it in December 2017. It has three bedrooms and three baths. Each room has now new furniture, very comfortable mattresses, and a very well supplied kitchen.
The owners are delightful to deal with, respond quickly to any inquiry and promptly take care of any issue that may come up. Very few did during our stay.
The location of the unit is exceptional. A beautiful wide view to the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. We watch beautiful sunsets without having to leave the unit.
The bottom line: we thoroughly enjoyed unit 203 and we are sure others will be very happy as well!
