About this house rental
Charming villa near the beach with tropical garden and private pool Casa Fiona A is a spacious and luminous villa in a prime location right on the beach. It is a semi-detached house with a very clever distribution, so that each party enjoys full privacy. The comfortable living room with large floor to ceiling windows looks out onto the tropical garden with private swimming pool. It is equipped with air conditioning and internet (optical fiber). The kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and washing machine. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and a shared shower room. The en suite master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed and air conditioning. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and a hammock to relax in. The covered terrace in the garden is furnished with a dining table, a BBQ and two sun beds. The garden is an oasis full of colourful tropical plants. Get refreshed in pool (8x4 m) and enjoy the beautiful lights of pool and garden in the evening.

VFT/CA/01838 Casa El Fionula is situated on the edge of the exclusive residential area of Fuente del Gallo just outside Conil. This beautiful area boasts elegant properties and stunning gardens. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. Horse aficionados will find a very good stable with Andalusian stallions nearby.The charming fishing town of Conil is a 5 minute drive away. The access to the Fuente del Gallo beach is next to the villa.

La casa es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, todo muy bien cuidado, limpia y muy agradable.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus! Wirklich nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt, so dass man auch bei Flut, wenn es gar keinen Strand mehr gibt, bequem ins Meer hüpfen kann und anschließend am Pool sehr bequem auf den Liegen liegt.
Ab Nachmittag ist die Terrasse/Garten komplett im Schatten, was im August aber angenehm war.
Ausflugstipp: Vejer. Stadtführung auf deutsch von Manuel www.vejer-by-manuel.com
Hat sogar unseren Pubertieren gut gefallen und war lustig.
