About this house rental
Beautiful pool villa very close to the beach Luxury holidays next to the beach - this is what Casa Fiona B offers. The villa is a spacious and luminous villa in a prime location right on the beach. It is a semi-detached house with a very clever distribution, so that each party enjoys full privacy. The comfortable living room with large floor to ceiling windows looks out onto the tropical garden with private infinity swimming pool (air conditioning, Internet by optical fiber). The new kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and washing machine. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms as well as a shared family bathroom with shower. The en suite master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and a hammock to relax in. All bedrooms have elasticoviscous mattresses de Dunlopillo and the two main bedrooms have there own TV and aire condicioning.
The covered terrace in the garden is furnished with a dining table, a BBQ and sun beds. The garden is an oasis full of colourful tropical plants and has a nice covered terrace with speakers. The 10 x 5 m infinity pool is larger than average. Enjoy unforgetable evenings with the beautiful ilumination of pool and garden. If you are a bigger party, you can also book Fiona A which has also 3 bedrooms.

This beautiful area boasts elegant properties and stunning gardens. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. Horse aficionados will find a very good stable with Andalusian stallions nearby.The beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and the charming fishing town of Conil is a 5 minute drive away.

Loved this place. Location is wonderful, on a reasonably quiet road a stone's throw from the beach. The house is well equipped, garden is beautiful and pool a very good size. This is a place we will definitely want to return to.

Great stay at casa Fiona. The house is a little gem made for relaxation. You will immediately feel like home there. The mature and manucured garden is great, the neighbourhood is animated during the day and very quiet at night. The beach is 1 minute walking. In sum, we'll come back.

Magnifica ubicación y una casa que cumple con todo lo que se espera de ella. El jardín y la piscina son un paraíso donde poder descansar y divertirte. Los niños y los mayores la hemos disfrutado mucho. Como mejora, dotaría al tercer dormitorio de AC o ventilador en el techo.
