The historic holiday home in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Upper Harz, which has been family-owned for generations, was renovated with great attention to detail, the old preserved and new added to make it shine again. The Bergmannhaus Bussmann has a large kitchen, dining and living room, with a fireplace and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard with the sun terrace and the large garden, completely facing south, complete the ambience. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer combination. In the 1st On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a cot, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. The roof studio, on a total of 50m², is also equipped with a shower room and a cozy living and sleeping area. The 4 large roof windows offer a fantastic panoramic view of the wider area of Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Upper Harz.
