The entire holiday home AltesRathaus consists of a combination of a magistrate's and a mayor's flat.
This combination offers stunning views of the Innerste Valley and the old mining town of Wildemann. It accommodates 12 people in total and features 2 spacious living rooms with dining area, 6 bedrooms (each for 2 people), 2 kitchens with dining area and 2 bathrooms with bath and toilet.
Five bedrooms have a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the sixth bedroom has two single beds.
The living rooms are luxuriously furnished and have large sofas, dining tables for 12 people, large flat-screen satellite TVs and stereo systems. Of course, you have fast and free 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Just as the mayors of the mining town once lived, you will stay in Wildemann's old town hall. Your holiday here will be an unforgettable experience! Centrally located in the village centre, above the Bohlweg, is this typical Harz patrician house, built around 1870.
From here, you can reach restaurants and inns without having to climb any heights.
The house is slightly higher and sunny on the slope of the Gallingsberg, not directly on the main road, but on a small square. This is where the hiking trail to Magdalena church begins, and many hiking trails start. Wildemann, surrounded by nature, in the heart of the Oberharz World Heritage Site. In summer, you can hike, mountain bike, swim in the pool or on the terrace. In winter, you can go hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and tobogganing, take boat trips on the Oker reservoir, visit a mining museum, visit a 19-Lachtertunnel, visit thermal spas or ride the steam train to the Brocken...

Das Haus liegt in schöner Lage in einem Tal. Wildemann ist ein sehr gemütlicher Ort. Es ist sauber und es gibt viel Platz im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Wunderbar, um im Harz Ausflüge zu machen. Beliebte Ziele (Goslar, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Wernigerode etc.) sind gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es gibt keinen Backofen. Lediglich Mikrowelle mit Backofen. Parkplätze sind nicht direkt am Haus. Aber nur ein ganz kurzer Fußweg. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gerade für größere Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Hunde sind erlaubt. Das Tal eignet sich sehr gut zum spazierengehen.
