About this apartment rental
Beautiful two-bedroom apartment right in front of the beach. The renovation of this bright home has just been finished and the result is amazing. Inside you will find a modern living room, bathroom and bedrooms, the kitchen kept its original Andalusian style and is fully equipped. The best part of this stylish home is the location, as the beach is right in front and the famous Balcony of Europe on just five minutes walking!
The property can be found on the first floor of the beachfront building, an elevator is present as well. Entering the bright apartment you will find the kitchen on the right-hand side, on the left-hand side you will find the two bedrooms and bathrooms. From the first bedroom you can overlook the green so-called 'patio', from the second bedroom you will see the Mediterranean Sea. In the living room we can find a large sofa, a dining table and a television with international channels.
During your stay I will not be present in the apartment, but you can always contact us for questions, tips or help. I do work in the area though, so if needed I can be on the spot quickly! To agree on your arrival and check out time we will stay in touch through Whatsapp as well, nothing to worry about.
Apart from the Carabeo beach, the Burriana beach can also be reached quickly via the beach or by the road. The road-way to Burriana is somewhat hilly, but perfect if you do some physical exercise on your holiday! : D
In addition to the free parking spaces in the street, there is a large parking area (paid) at 150 meters with more than enough free places as well, even in the middle of summer. The price for a 7-day parking ticket will cost you around € 55. The bus station or Nerja can be found on 11 minutes walking (800m) - according to Google Maps.

Kristina welcomed us on arrival. A tapas buffet was set on the table which included cava. Beers, soft drinks and yogurts were in the fridge. Place was really clean and tastefully decorated in a light modern style. Apartment was just across from the steps down to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here.
