Loved the views and size of flat. Also there was a lovely almost 360° terrace and a rooftop area. The building was on a hilly bit and steep walk to get to the flat. We loved the bit of exercise and got used to it after a few days. The walk to the beach oas all downhill which meant way back was all uphill and quite an exercise esp if we had to carry any water or shopping. But the fact that it was there was great. Well stocked and furnished. Loved the fact that there weren't too many thing on walls and extra decorations so not too crowded. Just right for us. Bathrooms were good sized and everything was very clean. The best thing about the flat were the views. Lovely hills views and quiet as we were above most of houses. There was a pool which was communal. Water was lovely warm and salty.

The twin beds could be more stable. One was creaking a lot. Also an extra sheets and towels would have been appreciated as we spent 11 days there. It was a bit away from any shops so was a bit of a task to bring back water bottles and shopping etc. Pool was not too big and instructions were not abided by many people as they played ball and with floaties. So was difficult to swim .

Views were good. Steepness of road to apartment was a challenge.

No welcome pack and not much communication with agent.

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung- Zimmer hell mit Klimaanlage- tolle Dachterasse mit super Ausblick 10 min zum Strand - 20 in die Stadt, allerdings zurück mit steilem Anstieg (aber machbar!) Eigene Tiefgarage- sehr netter Vermieter - sehr hilfsbereit!!

Leider riecht es in den Bädern und auf der Dachterasse nach Abfluss / Kloake… das ist nicht sehr angenehm und sollte behoben werden… ich weiß auch nicht ob das ein Problem der Wohnung oder der ganzen Anlage ist….
