This apartment is on Ramada resort which is amazing, especially the pool area but it is privately owned and the reception staff weren’t helpful as we didn’t book directly. The apartment itself is spacious and clean with everything we needed.
The sofa bed is very close to the washing machine, making access difficult.

Code was provided to a lock box so we didnt feel pressured to arrive by a certain time to meet anyone. Easy to access and to check out. Great resort, lovely pool and everything was there that you need for a great holiday.
Even following provided instructions we couldn't get the induction cook top to work. Could have been user error but I don't think so.

Good location, washing machine was good not that we used it but it always a good idea
Sofa bed could do with an upgrade as the bed squeak all night and not very comfortable. The beds need a proper blanket as it did get a bit cold even with the aircon off
